Yan Leyun comes from a local traditional printing family in Guiyang, and is the only son in the family. As a result, Guizhou Yunguan Business Management Co., Ltd. was established in Guiyang High-tech Zone in April 2020. Subsequently, Yan Leyun launched an industrial experiment plan in Luowan Smart Packaging Industry Incubation Park. Reintegrate the entire printing production line into five core links: pre-press, printing, post-processing, manual work, and sales, and then subdivide it into 16 core production nodes on this basis, then each link only needs 1/16 of the previous printing cost, A complete industrial chain can be obtained.
And each production node is equipped with one producer. In this way, the orders received by each manufacturer can be produced by the entire industry chain process, and the number of orders received is 16 times that of the previous ones. Production and processing gain profits, and the relationship between manufacturers has also changed from competitors to cooperators.

The success of Guiyang Luowan Smart Packaging Industry Incubation Park seems easy but is actually difficult. In order to ensure the smooth development of the project, Yan Leyun invited Li Dagang, who is in charge of the production and supply chain management in the southwest of Greater China in a large-scale foreign-funded printing company in Shenzhen. At present, Li Dagang is in charge of the production system management of the park. Under his guidance, the cooperation and standard connection of various industrial nodes in the park have been systematically managed, and the printing quality of the park has been effectively controlled.
On the basis of solving the development model of the park and the problems of the printing profession, another indispensable link is the establishment of the financial structure. To this end, Yan Leyun contacted another strategic partner, Wang Chunjiang, who studied in the UK and worked in a world-renowned accounting firm. At present, Wang Chunjiang is in charge of financial work in the park, and has independently built an incubation capital system and an enterprise credit system in the park. The globally standardized financial management model he built has laid a solid foundation for the park to go public in the future.
Yan Leyun said that there are two development directions for the park in the future. One is that the main business of the park is the production of liquor packaging. It is considered to select a site in Zunyi for the second-phase construction of the printing industrial park, and gradually radiate to other areas.
